Looks really good. Is all the rolling, faster than making a standard Lasagna? I feed 5 to 7 at a time and all but my Wife would eat 3 rolls. They sure are Pretty though...JJ

JJ it is not faster any time you add a step add time. It is every bit of worth doing that is going to be My Lasagna from now on.I may use some tooth picks to help keep them together better.
