Italian Sausage (From an Old Toy)

My old Power Air Fryer was looking all kinds of Neglected, and since it makes Awesome Sausage, up to 5 Links, it was time!!
I still love that little AirFryer, but you just can’t make much in it at one time.

So I set that Old Friend @ 360° for 15 minutes, and stabbed all 5 sausages with a fork a few times.
Then I coated them all lightly with some olive oil.
Then put them in the Air Fryer Basket, and closed it up. That started it right up.
Then at 8 minutes I stopped it, and flipped the sausages over to get them done evenly.
Then I shut it off at 15 minutes, by pulling the drawer out.
Gave them all a quick check & they were all done.

Put a few little Sweet Peppers along side, with some Baked Beans, and it was time to Eat!!
Used some Ketchup on these, for a change.

Next night, same thing, but with Sugar-snap peas & Teriyaki Rice.

Then another night I split a couple in half lengthwise, and laid them out in a couple of Hamburger Rolls for another meal. I used some of Jeff’s BBQ Sauce on these, after I refilled my Squirt Bottle again. Seems I’m always refilling Jeff’s BBQ Sauce—Somebody around here must really like that stuff!!!

Then I cut the last sausage up, and mixed it in with some Rotini for another Bear Supper.

Thanks for dropping by,

Bear

Damn Bear!! Another multi-meal cook. I'll take 2 plates of each please :emoji_wink: Not so sure about the ketchup but as long as you like it, that's all that counts. sausages look really good though and perfectly cooked. Nice job!!

I love it Bear, waste not want not, Like! I'm getting close to unboxing the 360 air fryer that's been living on a chair in the living room for the last couple of weeks, could happen any day now. RAY

NICE ! Those last two meals are right up my alley . Love the split sausage sandwich . You can really dress them up on a burger bun .
I miss my small one . I was gonna fix it , but decided to toss it . Flags at half mast that day . Used that thing 4 times a week for at least 2 years .
Nice work , like seeing the toys at work . :emoji_thumbsup:

Thank You Robert!!
LOL---Depends on my mood, with sausage, whether I use Ketchup, Jeff's BBQ Sauce, or some other Sauce. It's usually Jeff's Sauce though.
And Thanks for the Like.

LOL---I got a foyer bench I made about 40 years ago that gets stuff sitting on it until I get around to unboxing it too. I often wait until I'm tired of hearing about it. LOL

They look very tasty Bear.

I spoke to my Butcher yesterday and asked if he thought of making the Italian Sausage, he says when he can get meat again he will give it a try, gave him a recipe from SMF :emoji_wink:

Nice have to try this out with my air fryer. The multi meal master hits again.
