Italian Sausage (From an Old Toy)
My old Power Air Fryer was looking all kinds of Neglected, and since it makes Awesome Sausage, up to 5 Links, it was time!!
I still love that little AirFryer, but you just can’t make much in it at one time.
So I set that Old Friend @ 360° for 15 minutes, and stabbed all 5 sausages with a fork a few times.
Then I coated them all lightly with some olive oil.
Then put them in the Air Fryer Basket, and closed it up. That started it right up.
Then at 8 minutes I stopped it, and flipped the sausages over to get them done evenly.
Then I shut it off at 15 minutes, by pulling the drawer out.
Gave them all a quick check & they were all done.
Put a few little Sweet Peppers along side, with some Baked Beans, and it was time to Eat!!
Used some Ketchup on these, for a change.
Next night, same thing, but with Sugar-snap peas & Teriyaki Rice.
Then another night I split a couple in half lengthwise, and laid them out in a couple of Hamburger Rolls for another meal. I used some of Jeff’s BBQ Sauce on these, after I refilled my Squirt Bottle again. Seems I’m always refilling Jeff’s BBQ Sauce—Somebody around here must really like that stuff!!!
Then I cut the last sausage up, and mixed it in with some Rotini for another Bear Supper.
Thanks for dropping by,
Bear
