Hello I'm Ron,a retired oil field driller and I live in Roswell N.M. and I have always loved to BBQ steak at work when the drilling was slow but never enough time to smoke anything. But now I have plenty of time and a friend gave me an older Charbroil square,vertical offset smoker and I look forward to learning about smoking meat. Later when I learn more about it u will either buy a new smoker or build my own.
