So my in-laws were in town and I asked my brother in law what he wanted to eat. He sail pulled pork. Long story short we did two big pork shoulders and a bunch of kabobs for lunch. Got the pork on the WSM at about 5 am and wrapped when they hit 160*. Let it ride to 205* and rested in a cooler for an hour and a half. Here’s some pics everything turned out great and we were able to work through some weather. Here are the pics. The kabobs were steak and chicken and half marinaded in some Huluhulu sauce.
