Idaholover here, Nampa to be exact.  My equipment currently is as follows: BGE medium size, Weber performer, Weber Genesis and a Masterbuilt digital, electric smoker with accessories for all.  I hunt, fish, hike and take pictures.  Have a Jeep and a Livinlite Quicksilver camper.

Right now for SB Sunday I have a nice little flat of brisket in the smoker with a pecan and hickory blend going on it.  My father was a butcher his entire career so I grew up playing and working with food!
