I have a Masterbuilt 40" and I'm just starting to learn about smoking. The last couple time smoking my ribs, they didn't turn out good. So that's why I'm here. To learn from this forum. I'm GunWanderer.

Thank you Al.   So far so good.  Searching from this forum, I found a thread on the specifics of smoking briskets.  I got 4 lbs of Prime Beef briskets in the Masterbuilt right now and I'm smoking it for 6 hour.  Hey, this forum is helpful.  By the way, them prime beef are expensive.  $7.50 / lb.
