I want to be the ECB group leader

I just picked up an ECB the other day. Purchased an ECB look a like from Wal-Mart about a month ago. Surprisingly, everything is interchangeable. The clone has a better thermometer, air vent and lip. Other than moving the legs to the outside, adding "legs" to the charcoal pan, and drilling holes in the pan for air, am i missing anything?
