I need an idea for a smoked snack or hors d'oeuvre for a family Easter party.

I am off to a family get-together this Sunday and have been told I don't need to bring anything substantial, but snacks or hors d'oeuvre would be welcome.  I'm considering smoking some salmon but I'm open to suggestions from more experienced smokers.  Any ideas?

Or smoked deviled eggs or pork shots or moink balls

I love bacon wrapped turkey bites.
I brine/cure boneless turkey breast for a day then cut into bite sized pieces and wrap in half a slice of bacon. Smoke for a couple of hours til the bacon is crispy.

I do this for tailgating a lot:

Take sirloins and cut into 1" cubes.

Toss in a bowl and season w/ coarse ground pepper and sea salt.

Wrap in 1/2 piece of bacon and put a good tooth pick in it to hold the bacon ends closed.

Throw on grill or smoker at about 325-350* degrees until bacon crisps & meat is cooked the way you like it.

Finger food for the meat lovers!

That sounds really Good!!! I've been doing chicken and turkey like that but didn't think of a good steak, just might have to try that myself!

ABTs are perfect for a little snack on the side, they take only a couple hours to make and you can really show your smoking prowess with them.

They sound awesome!!! Could even serve 'me cold and add a piece of lettuce and cubed tomato!!! BAM SMOKED BLT's!!!!!

Bacon wrapped, stuffed chicken breasts...always a winner around here.  You can use smoked sausage, deli meat, boudin, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese and jalapenos or any other combo that would go well with chicken.

Buttergly the breasts, hammer them out to about 1/4" to 3/8" thick with a tenderizer, season them with your favorite spices, lay whatever stuffing you choose onto the breast, roll up, wrap with bacon or even a nice looking bacon weave, smoke until above 165 IT, then crisp the bacon in an oven or grill.  Rest, slice and serve.

Try something easy. A smoked sausage and cheese tray . Slice the sausage thin. Get some semi fancy cheese and upscale crackers. Whip up a home made BBQ sauce. Stand back...
