Today, I smoked a 14 lb turkey in my Camp Chef pellet smoker because I wanted just s slight amount of smoke in the turkey but, I was really surprised when I tasted it and it was like I had done it in my offset stick burner. Surprise surprise surprise. I was amazed at how strong the smoke flavor came out. So, now I know.

Great. Don't have Camp Chef
I've gotten good cook results in my Masterbuilt pooper, but a supplement smoke tube adds better "smoke" flavor in my opinion.
