Wifie is visiting daughter... Stoped at butcher store and got just for myself two pork steaks with all trimmings still hanging on... good ol'e charcoal, salt...pepper and butter... can't get any better up here north in Canada... Indian summer... temp 21C tonite... side dish: Tuborg beer...
