My Cabela's CG 15 vacuum sealer finally quit after 20+ years and thousands of seals. I just got off the phone with Vacuum Sealers Unlimited. I have a VP230 chamber vacuum and 2000 bags coming soon. I've got some heart issues and will never see this wear out, but I have a 12 year old sausage maker that will have a great start on the equipment. He has promised Papa to carry on the family sausage making. He has been helping me since he was 4. He loves doing it. I'm happy knowing I will have given him a good start.

The VP230 came in today. Had to get my Son in law to bring it in. Frickin heavy machine. Got it prepped and dug through the fridge looking for something to seal. Found some leftover chicken from last night and some cheese. This thing is a beast. I thought my Cabela's CG15 had suction. Not even close. I can't wait to get making our winter sausage so I can seal it.
