I did it! Bought a WSM!!

I needed a treat for the new house and have been wanting to get a charcoal burner for a while.

It's basically just the 2 of us and I have  read a lot of info about how much each size burns.

Soooo.. Today I ordered a WSM 18.5,  five pound bags of hickory,pecan and apple chunks and a new weber chimney.

$336 total from Amazon. Free shipping!!!! 

Later today I will be ordering Raptors favorite cheating device hehehehe.... the guru. Which will also work in my BGE.

Today I am going to remove the chip burning parts and chute from my MES and put an adjustable vent over the feeder hole

and use it just for sausage,bacon and cheese etc. With a ceramic plate and the AMAZEN it should be perfect.

Many thanks to all of my friends here..... Without this place I would never have gotten this far so quickly!!!

48 hours from now the truck will be being loaded and we are out of the big city!!!!  YAAAAAAAA!!!

And I will have my puter back and escape from this wore out laptop.
