Thanks for having me. Love smoked food, especially beef, and enjoy preparing it...the closest thing to doing nothing at all, right behind fishing. My fleet of cooking apparatus currently consists of two 22" Weber kettles, a gasser, cheap Red Egg and a Masterbuilt smoker.If you're around Indy give me shout and we'll share a couple pops and possibly a cigar!
