My name is Kenny. I grew up in East Texas, but was relocated to Bremerton, Washington by the Navy. I'd say I am still a novice smoker, but gaining skill thanks to Jeff and all involved on the forum. I currently smoke on a Smokey Mountain 44 propane model with dual burners. Happy with it so far. My last smoker would not allow me to cook and entire brisket without cutting it in half.
