How I came up with the "Cranky Blend" pellet mix

Ok, I'm game. I just checked and have about a lb of Sugar Maple, a lb of Hickory and a big bag of CharGriller Blend. I'm going to do a 3 way mix and call it the "Mose Mix".
Cranky and Anheuser Busch get the blame....

SmokedaddyInc.com had a mix they use to sell they called "the perfect blend" I really liked and I think it was maple,hickory,and cherry. I haven't been on thier site for awhile though.
