I like to cook them whole, then separate and slice the flat and pull the point.

I like mine pulled or sliced thin, chopped up with some sauteed onions & au jus on a toasted garlic bun covered with cheese.

Some may say it is sacraligious but I love smoked brisket sliced then smothered in a tangy bbq then slapped on some butter bread for a sammie. (drooling at desk)
