How about some Fire Roasted Sweet Italian Sausage Stuffed Poblano Peppers?

NBA finals game 2 snack.   Fried up some sweet Italian sausage with onions, garlic and topped with cheese.   Fired up the 007 UDS with a medium sized fire and 30 minutes later for the snacks!

Thanks!   Poblano are very common ...they have them at Kroger, Walmart etc...
