Mixing up 7 lbs of Owens Honey BBQ Stick mix. The meat is 5.5lbs of 93/7 and 1.5 of 80/20 for some fat content. I did give some AW to the mix, bout 1/4 cup and 1/4 cup of honey. Added the proper cure amt to the dry mix and into the shaker.

Below you can see the extra honey added. Going to stuff and smoke tomorrow into 15mm collagen stick casings. I'm finding its easier (for me anyways) to use a good pre mix instead of 7 storage totes full of dry items for mixing, Space in the RV is needed.

Think the AMAZN with some sassafras tomorrow after i get back from mr dentist.

All done, cut and cut for small hands to grab. Into some brown bag and fridge to dry up some.

AW=Added Water

I did use rootbeer one time, turned out good. Make it flat before you mix so the salt dont make it foam up
