so as promised here is the bbq sauce for my pork shoulder. it came out a little runner than i would have liked but has good flavor, forgot to take some picks put started with fresh tomatoes, pureed with boat motor.

cooked for a while added some onion chips, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, some honey and brown sugar, cooked a while longer to boil

didnt measure any thing but
about 20 tomatoes, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp of garlic powder and onion chips, 6-8 redwine vinager, and worcestershire sauce.
