Thanks for getting me to get off my butt and make some more lasagna. Made just enough noodles for one pan. Use my homemade sauce. Have not cut into it yet but smells great. Waiting on dinner time.

Thanks Dan . I've had my roller about 5 years now . I normally don't dry the pasta , I cook it right from fresh .
I just got a new cutter for mine . It came with the double head .
Just got the single head mafaldine .

Love the profile . That pasta is a test run of semolina and water . No eggs .
It's good and is said to freeze well . Cook from frozen .
