Holiday Helper?

I always laughed at Clark Griswold's dad in Christmas Vacation when he said he had a lot of help during the holidays from Mr. Jack Daniels... I find myself more and more in the same boat lately. Have 24 coming for dinner tonight and my only help is the dog (who's still in bed)..

Anyone else enjoying an eye opener while the turkey is smokin'?

Turkey = brined 12# breast on the ECB with hickory. 18# whole turkey in the hot oil later...

PS. This is the last Thanksgiving for the ECB. Buying myself a Lang with my Christmas bonus
