We love this meal. Taters, onions and peppers, sausage and a sausage gravy. Used the Blackstone.

Looks delicious Adam! Give me a plateful please!

Ryan

Oh, the gravy just sealed the deal on this...Do you deliver?...lol

The gravy is store bought. It's Libby's sausage gravy. Good stuff

Butter those buns and toast them a bit on the griddle before building the sandwiches...gives them a nice crunch...oh so good!

I was out of room on the little 17 inch. I got to get the 28 inch seasoned up and start using it.
When I do burgers I always toast the buns. Yes it makes a big difference

Wow! That looks so good! Ah! Again the Blackstone dominates another incredible meal!

I would love to sit at the table. Wife would even go for it less the gravy but with cheese.
A pork version of a cheese steak?

I'd tear that up Adam. Nice work bud. I have the 28in and does great for my family of 6 and some friends

I gotta stay of this forum after 2100 hours. I wonder what's in the fridge?
Great looking sandwiches.

Looks good. As long as I have been a member here on SMF, this is the first I've seen of these. On the list for at the firehouse!

That looks great Adam and an excellent idea when you’re hungry for sausage gravy and it’s not breakfast time anymore. I have to make this one of these days.

Holy cow! That knocks my poptart and frozen sausage biscuit out of the park. I'll take two sir with a large cup of coffee!

Jim

That really looks good Adam!
Simple but tasty!
Gotta try it!!
Al

I can see why you love them. Everything that’s good all on a bunch with some gravy to boot! Great Blackstone meal.
