Hog Casing Shelf Life?

I have some hog casing that has been living in the refrigerator in salt for a little over two years. Will it still be good?

I purchased a large quantity about 3 years ago and I’m still using them. Smells as fresh as the day I got them, if you can call it that smell fresh

Pack them in kosher / pickling salt.. in the refer... good darn near forever... keep them about 34 F...

I have some that are over 7 years old & just used some yesterday. Worked perfectly, with no blowouts!
But I do store them as is mentioned above.
