Now I don't like alot of smoke on my chicken but hickory is the test today.

Fired up the kettle with the vortex and a chunk of hickory over it.



After a bit I flipped them.



Then added some bologna to cook up.

Wow this grilled up nice.





Still have some nice hickory smoke flowing.



Sauced the chicken.

We loved the hickory smoked chicken. When done right it works. I will be using more hickory on chicken from now on.
