I've been lurking for a little bit and just signed up for the forums. Great info here!

I'm new to smoking and recently got a MES 30. I've tried a small brisket, London Broil and pork loin so far, all of which turned out good after following advice I found here. Looking forward to learning more (and hopefully being able to contribute at some point).
