Hi there you all. I'm not new to BBQ but I am new to competition and building my own rigs. I'm coming here to learn more about both. Only took me 14 years to prefect my run and sauce just need to learn about this competition stuff and see if I am as good as everyone around me thinks. I have watching all the rigs people are building on here and thought what a prefect place to get help and advice.
