Hi,

I'm from Moncton, NewBrunswick on the East coast of Canada. I use a CharBroil upright smoker running on propane, started with a small upright charcoal smoker, I will add a picture to this post. I have been smoking ribs, a lot of Atlantic salmon, porkloins, pork tenderloins, and I am looking forward to trying new things like cold smoke and am starting with shrimp next weekend. Looking forward to many posts.
