what a great site,,,I decided to smoke some pop can chicken and smoked beans yesterday I do alot of smoken on weekends and days off chicken wasnt my choice but the neighbore bought three two for him and one for me so I thought id try this pop can methoud we used three diff,,,,pops and as usuall i had my fav,,,,helpers close by to take over just incase,,my dog and cat....im using a small brinkman my kids bought me last year shortly after my smoker i bought at a sale (was a home made one) and quite well belt grew legs and walked off my property,,,,,this one means alot more too me cause of were it came from once again great site with plenty of helpfull stuff here bye the way they call me bigcup im Dan

First off Welcome Dan to SMF.  You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
