I'm Rick from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, I got into smoking about a month ago when I bought a $40 kingsford smoker grill combo. I successfully smoked a butt on it and I was hooked. Since then I have smoked ribs, wings and another butt. I purchased a MES 30" and I'm about use it for first time today on a whole turkey.
