Hey everyone! Glad to be here - I own a micro farm where we raise gardens and meat and egg poultry (chickens and ducks with the occasional thanksgiving turkey).
I’ve been grinding my own meat for years, and looking to enhance my sausage making skills from total plebe to expert. Thanks for reading and good to know ya!

Welcome aboard, Jersey isn't all dirty unless your talking about Trenton or Newark. We lived in Freehold for a short period of time before my father transferred to Vt. It may have changed allot since the early 60's.
