Hello. I am fairly new to smoking in my Masterbuilt 40 inch smoker. I have smoked chicken and salmon in the past and get most of the information on how to smoke from sites like this. I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where we have 11 months of winter and 4 weeks of tough sledding...lol I look forward to get information from some experienced smokers and acquiring some of the tips to be a good smoker.
