Hello all.....my name is Chris and I currently live in CT.  Was raised in Maine and Alaska so I am no stranger to good meats and fish!  I recently got into smoking and am very "green".  My wife got me a Masterbuilt 30-inch Digital Electric Smoker.  I just posted a new thread in the Electric Smoker forum as I have been struggling a bit with my BB ribs.  Anyhow, great to have this resource out here and I look forward to learning from you all!  :)
