Hello. My name is Josh Cross. I'm a Paramedic with The Nashville Fire Department. I've been smoking meats for a couple of years now but just recently started doing it a lot. That's because my wife gifted me a Texas Elite Traeger for fathers day. I've done fire pits and even gas smokers in the past but this thing is the Mac Daddy. I love it. Perfect meat every time. I'm hoping to read a lot of cool stories and learn tricks and recipes.
