Good Day!
My name is Bill. I live in Winnipeg Canada.
Over the years I have built a few smokers out of loose bricks in my back yard. Some successful and some not.
I recently purchased a new BBQ and plan to convert my old one into a smoker this spring. I look forward to tapping into the knowledge of these forums and I hope to add some of my own.
