I'm Dennis, and obviously new to this forum.  I live in Colorado Springs, CO.....I have a Memphis Pro smoker, and previously a Traeger.  Looking forward to all of the info I can get/share on this forum.

Welcome aboard Dennis, from one pellethead to another!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
