I live in W. Ky .....a son of God, retired, like to fish, and new to elec. smoking. I ran onto this place researching the Bradley and MES, bought the MES. I have a Brinkman offset that I have had for a dozen yrs or more and wasn't consistent in results. All of these BBQ forums will teach you a lot. It's great to learn from others experiences. My favorite BBQ is low and slow MEAT DRIPPING ON HOT COALS, that is BBQ to me but that is a lot of work.
