Hello to all and Happy Holidays!!! I purchased my 1st smoker - masterbuilt electric 30 inch. It's a beginner smoker for me. I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I love grilling and tried charcoal but not too successful. I am so excited finding this web-site/forum for all of the knowledge here. I can't wait to get started as I am like a kid at xmas. I am currently seasoning my smoker as I type this. So happy smoking and can't wait to interacte with everyone here and wishing everyone a Happy New Year!!!!!! - Tom
