Hello to all from Warm Tarpon Springs, Fl.

So glad that I found this site, I've been smoking for many years up North in Rhode Island, mostly fish and wild game using a cold smoking technique I learned in Norway. I'm hope to meet others on this site that have experience in warm smoking, especially Gulf fish. I just purchased a "Smokin-It Model #2, the best to all, fishnken

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Loved RI, did a lot of fishing, clamming, crabbing and lobstering on the Narragansett Bay, lived there for over 22 years. built a walking-in smoke house,smoked a lot of blue fish. Enjoy RI, hope to talk again as soon as I get my smoke (today/tomorrow)
