Hello from the PNW! I've been using a pellet smoker for the past 9-10 years. One of the first things I bought when I got my first job out of college was a Traeger Lil Tex elite.
I'm currently using a 2014 MAK Grills 1 star general. I love it but am looking to get something a little bigger. Was looking at getting a Yoder or going back to Traeger and getting one of their Timberline 1300s.
I feel like I've got a pretty good handle on my pellet smoker but am always open to learn new tips, techniques and recipes! This site seems like a great place for that
