Hello smokers

Hi my name is aaron I Live in the mountains of colorado and enjoy all things outdoors especially skiing and golf. I grew up in Lyons kansas and have since moved to colorado. I am a beginner at smoking as of right now but have gotten started with the GOSM propane with some helpful tips from my father and uncle tonight we smoked some fatties and pork chops.

Welcome neighbor! This is a great site-I just joined myself! Great folks and tips. Tell me more on your fatty...what all do you stuff in them? I was thinking if adding a full piece of andouille (I buy Savoies from Louisiana and-best I have ever had) inside the fatty! What ya think?
