Hello, newbie here

My birthday is next week and I've got a smoker sitting in the garage for me. I decided on the master built electric smoker. I don't remember the exact model at the moment. I'm completely new to smoking, but do enjoy consuming smoked meat products in the form of chicken and pork and beef. I've been reading the electric smoker section but decided to jump in and become a member to ask questions, etc.
