Well this is new

So at the crisp young age of 37 I have found the art of smoking meats. I'm new to it and learning more every day.
I recently upgraded (in my humble opinion) from a pellet smoker to an offset smoker. I'm probably going to spend more time reading threads and taking notes before making another post, but I have read plenty on here already to convince me to sign up. Now I'm going to soak up all the knowledge I can before start smoking again this weekend.
