Hello new friends!

Hello everyone! My name is Keith 30yrs old, I'm glad to now be a member of this site. I look forward to learning and chipping in as I learn, and sharing my experiences. I bought a smoker two weeks ago MES 40" with masterbuilt side smoker. So far I smoked a brisket that was- eh- edible, haha.i just smoked a Boston butt today for about 11hrs at 250 whole way, to 195 IT. Delicious. Looking forward to searching the forum to find a best way to smoke turkey breast in a few days for thanksgiving! Can't wait carry on conversation throughout the forum!
