Well I accidently posted my greeting to a different forum instead of Roll Call. Off to a good start! I'm Peter, 24, from Milwaukee,Wi and have only a year under my belt but have made great progress. I have an old, modded Brinkman horizontal offset that needs to go bye-bye and I'm ready to master me some Q. Coming from Wisconsin is weird since we don't have a definitive style, so I'm trying to define Wisconsin BBQ the best I can to try to get us recognized. I'm a saucless kind of guy myself and like to rely on the flavor of the meat as much as possible. I have a lot of work ahead of me and am really looking forward to the wealth of knowledge I'm sure to find here.
