Hello everyone! Just signed up tonight but have been snooping around here for awhile now. Just a little about me, i have been cooking since I was 10 (now creeping up on 40) and purchased my first smoker about 12 years ago and I was hooked. I have since purchased a 18.5 WSM (3 years ago) and recently picked up the flagship of my fleet a Backwoods Fatboy this weekend. Will be breaking out some Thanksgiving Ribs on it Saturday for it first run
. Hope to get to know some of you and learn and hopefully pass along some on my knowledge (still try to figure out what i know).
