Hello from Western Colorado

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I have been curing and smoking for 33 years now, 28 years professionally. I run several units at home and use a trailer mounted Southern Pride 700 for commercial work. Also have a Klose pit wood fired for special commercial work.

Contest in Dutch Oven cooking a lot and am just starting to do the Bar B Q contesting.
