Hello, I'm George and I have been smoking fish, poultry, and venison summer sausage for about 15 years.
I use sausage maker 35lb electric smoker for my small jobs and a little bit larger gas smoker for some of my larger smoking needs. I'm currently looking to convert a smaller walk-in cooler to a wood fired smoke house.
