Hello from Toronto!

Hi Everyone! I am Mo from Toronto, Canada. Very excited to be here. Every question I ask google, points me here :) so definitely this is the right place to be. I like cooking and my wife loves the food I make. I have a propane grill and recently got a dyna-glo charcoal smoker (not the off-set, straight vertical). I feel out of depth on this one as I got it during winter time and am having some trouble smoking in -15 Celsius (5 f). I will have another thread going on that shortly. But am very excited to be here and learn a few tricks. Cheers!
