Hello from the Walt Disney World State

Hello Fellow Smokers,

I am a Disney/Star Wars loving aficionado and with my hubby's recent birthday present, I am now a smoke enthusiast too!

We are in Florida and we both love BBQ. I love my BBQ without sauces, so smoke is definitely for me. I was a chef previously, so I am already playing with rubs and such.

We got him a CharBroil 725 Vertical Electric Smoker and so far we have been impressed with it. We smoked twice with it the first weekend and I am addicted.

We are currently smoking a Boston butt, a Brisket, potatoes and corn, later today we will be smoking pineapple, and fish.

I am looking forward to meeting the folks in here and learning from you.

Dinner came out perfect, this is the Boston Pork Butt (Spanish and Cajun homemade rub)and the veggies and Cheddar Garlic Biscuits, still waiting on the Brisket, used Skorpeo's rub for that one.

Brisket took a lot longer so the fish and pineapple will have to be smoked tomorrow. T.T
